Boxing Day Picks

I'm a few days late with this post (with any posts in fact) but I've only recently surfaced from Christmas come down so thought I'd show you my top sale picks this year! Last year I went a bit carrrazy in the boxing day sales and ended up returning most of it so I've decided to be (a bit) more sensible this year. These are my favourites from ASOS, Topshop and Zara and one or two of them may just be on their way to me as I type.

Two Tone

Coat - ASOS
Top - ASOS (similar)
Jumper - Topshop
Trousers - Topshop
Bag - Zara
Shoes - Nike @ ASOS (similar)

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that I was in London last week. I think I'll do a separate post on the trip itself, but here is an outfit post from when we were there.

This ASOS blue coat is a recent addition and you may think it's similar to a lilac one I have but I just loved the waterfall detail so much that I couldn't resist adding another pastel hue to the wardrobe!

Camel and blue is a new fave combination of mine and it's nice to switch it around to blue in the coat and camel in the trousers and jumper.

In winter time, my achilles heel is footwear. I never know what shoes to wear with outfits. Let's not talk about those black shoes that haven't been off my feet at all. But aside from boots, I can just never find nice shoes so I'm not sure if these trainers really do much for the outfit but the colour matched and they were comfy for london walking…win win.

Hot to Trot Footwear with Missguided

Well there ain't no two ways about it, Christmas is coming. With Christmas, comes numerous festive parties and get togethers and not enough outfits for all of these.

A good way to change up an outfit is to add a different jacket / change up the hairstyle or of course, add a different pair of party-ready heels!

So the base of the outfit is this gorgeous paisley co-ord and the variety of colours in the pattern lets you match it to a surprising amount of items!

Top, Trousers, Gilet, Heels - all c/o Missguided
Firstly, we have these beeeeaaauutiful fluffy nude heels. I've been wanting to welcome a pair of fluffy heels to the gang for a while and I'm so glad I now have! The nude colour is so versatile I think they will be the perfect festive addition to any outfit! Finally, who could resist matching the fluff to a fluffy faux fur gilet?! Not me anyway.

Top, Trousers, Heels - c/o Missguided
For the second look, I went for what looks like a plain, simple pair of heels but when you look a bit closer you see the amazing holographic pattern! These, again, will be so versatile as they look all sorts of different colours when the light hits them.

Anyway, I'm off to pack for London on Wednesday (can't wait) so maybe I'll have more success with outfit posts when I'm there!!

The Tartan Suit

Trousers - ASOS
Blazer - ASOS
Jumper - M&S (similar)
Shoes - ASOS
Sunglasses - Rayban

Someone tear these shoes from feet! I just can't help but wear them with everything, I really do need to branch out. This tartan suit is my favourite from all the tartan I've been wearing lately. It's just such a perfect fit and I love the colours. It could even be an options for Christmas Day!
